    The Bilateral contracts provide the customers with more visibility as these contracts are entered with the Tenure, Quantum and Price being fixed and determined at the time of execution of the contract. Thus, the buyer or seller under a bilateral contract has the visibility of cash outflow/ inflow during the complete tenure of the contract.
