team who deliberate upon key policy and issues of strategic importance.
Multi-layer Consultative Committee
(MLCC) - The MLCC comprises of a cross-section of employees
and supports the MCC by providing feedback upon processes and systems.
Cross Functional Teams (CFT) -
Apart from these there are a number of Cross Functional
teams which aim at integrating the various work groups leading to
enhanced and
holistic decision making
