- Healthcare- At PTC we truly care for our employees. All employees
are entitled to unlimited medical reimbursement at
actuals. We have a doctor on-site on certain days of the week for addressing
any medical
problems free of cost.
- Educational benefits- Pursuing the commitment
to continuous learning, employees are provided
with an incentive scheme for acquiring higher qualifications.
On acquiring the qualification
employees are rewarded as a token of appreciation
of their efforts to develop themselves.
- Training and Development- Employees are periodically
sponsored for training and development programmes
which add value to them and the organisation. These
training programmes focus on the specific needs of
the individual ranging from ones on specific technical

- LTC facility- Employees are encouraged to develop a healthy
work-home balance and are provided with an LTC facility
